Quite simply the Pyramus Consulting method is collaborative.  Every engagement we undertake seeks to gain an understanding of the input and opinions of our client personnel - those who will own the process long after we've left.  With that in mind, we typically will perform a stakeholder analysis in the forefront of every engagement so that we may understand various stakeholder interests and how best to incorporate them in our approach and ultimate deliverable to you.  Often, during the course of the engagement we will periodically meet with a selected group of key stakeholders either in a facilitated working session or simply a feedback session, where we capture client input.  At the end of our engagement our clients have a high sense of ownership around what we have built or improved collectively.  This contributes immensely to the long term buy-in and sustainability of the processes we've developed whether they be operational, project management, or risk management processes.
